The following rules and guidelines apply to any contest conducted by Sun City Comedy, suncitycomedy.com, its partners and affiliates. CONTEST PARTICIPATION 1. Contest participants must check out contest rules at suncitycomedy.com. The site administrator will post various contest information that will include details such as: - entry and submission guidelines and deadlines. - age requirements. - grand prize info. - start and end dates of contest. - and other pertinent details to win. 2. Sun City Comedy contests are open to all residents in the area unless otherwise specified by management. Submission of mail-in entries are limited to one entry per outer envelop unless otherwise indicated. 3. Only original entry forms are acceptable for entry. Unless otherwise stated. 4. All contest entries become the property of the Sun City Comedy and will not be returned. This includes any submission of materials, mail-in, point-of-sale registration, and any other contest entries required. 5. Sun City Comedy reserves the right to limit the number of entries per person during the contest. 6. Sun City Comedy is not responsible for any delays and problems with the United States Postal System during the course of a mail-in contest. 7. Prizes for the contest are provided by Sun City Comedy or by clients or sponsors. 8. Grand prizes for the contest are determined by representatives of Sun City Comedy and generally provided by clients or sponsors. 9. Sun City Comedy reserves the right to substitute prize merchandise and grand prizes of comparable value when deemed necessary by management. 10. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s agreement to release Sun City Comedy, its members, prize sponsors, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and families of each of the above from all liability of any type whatsoever associated with this contest. 11. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. PRIZE WINNER RESPONSIBILITY 12. Prize Winners of any amount are subject to a limit of one winner per household per 30 days. 13. Prize winners are notified by Sun City Comedy representative on prize details immediately upon winning the prize. Details to include prize contents, pick up deadlines, and special info pertaining to prize. 14. Contest winners must pick up prize at a Sun City Comedy designated location. 15. Prizes are generally available for pick up 48 hours after the contest winner is awarded the prize. 16. Cash prizes won will be awarded to contest winners in the form of a prize winner check. The average process time for receipt of check is approximately twenty-one (21) business days from the date the contest winner is awarded their prize. Check winners will receive a phone call from Sun City Comedy with instructions on how to pick-up their check. 17. Prize pick up hours vary call 915.408.2511 for more information. 18. Two forms of official identification and proof of age are required to claim prize. Acceptable IDs include valid Texas Drivers License, Passport, social security card, or other valid photo ID). Winners under the age of eighteen (18), must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (who must also provide proper identification) to claim prizes. 19. Prize winners are responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes applicable to the prizes awarded. 20. Prize winners are required to sign an official release and liability form prior to prize pick up. 21. All contest prize announcements, execution, and cash amount awarded, are subject to final approval by SCC management. 22. Winners of prizes valued at over $600 are required to sign a W-9 tax form and liability release prior to acceptance of the prize. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold Sun City Comedy, their subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, promotional partners, owners, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless against any and all claims or liability, directly or indirectly related to or arising from the contest winner’s participation in this contest. 23. Grand prize winner are subject to sign a complete release and liability form and all necessary tax forms prior to picking up their prize. 24. Prizes that are still in our possession after the pick up deadline are recycled for future on-air use. CONTEST REGULATIONS 25. Employees of Sun City Comedy its affiliates, subsidiaries, prize sponsors, agents and families of each are not eligible to enter in any contest sponsored by Sun City Comedy. 26. Employees and agents of any other local market comedy businesses are not eligible to receive any prizes associated with this and any other contest sponsored by Sun City Comedy. 26. Participation in the contest constitutes permission to use any part of, or all of winner’s name, likeness, voice, and photo for promotional purposes by Sun City Comedy. 27. Odds of winning depend on the number of contestants participating and / or number of eligible entries received. 28. Participants need not be present to win. 29. Decisions of Sun City Comedy management regarding any aspect of any contest are final. 30. So long as no contestant is adversely affected in any material way, Sun City Comedy, reserves the right to cancel this contest or, make changes to the rules of the contest at any time. Any changes made will become effective once announced on suncitycomedy.com. 32. Sun City Comedy as well as participating merchants, if any, are not responsible for lost, misdirected, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries (where applicable). 33. Failure of a contestant to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant disqualification. This includes the conduct of the contestant and their guests prior to, or during any Sun City Comedy sponsored event, i.e. trip giveaways, concerts, performances, on-site promotions, etc. 34. Sun City Comedy has the right to revoke and cease all prize package of the contestant due to misconduct and misrepresentation of the business . 35. Sun City Comedy, its subsidiaries, its general partners, its affiliates, participating sponsors and promotional partners will not assume any responsibility for any changes in the execution of the contest, including cancellation of the contest as a result of the occurrence of events not within the control of Sun City Comedy such as Acts of God, Strikes, and Terrorist Acts. In the event, such an act should occur, reasonable attempt will be made to offer the winner a comparable prize currently being offered by participating partners in lieu of the prize originally awarded. 36. No purchase necessary to win. 37. Contest is void where prohibited by law. 38.
